When To Book Your Event

Timeline:
For greatest availability of entertainers & options, please book early.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but any event booked within 1 month of the event date must be paid in full with the contract.

Communions	By December / January
Events happening during peak seasons (May, June, October and December)	Early as Possible
General Events & Parties	4-5 months in advance
Company Christmas / Holiday Parties	By July / August
Chinese New Year	By September / October

Attention Asian brides & grooms- please understand that the "lucky dates" ascribed by the annual Horoscope Book are exactly the dates that every other Asian bride & groom will be calling us for. So we very strongly recommend you contract as early as possible to assure availability of our entertainers! (Early is at least one year in advance.) Thanks.
