Surcharges
Certain surcharges may be applied to certain bookings for specific reasons. If a surcharge applies, it will be included on the contract. Possible surcharges include:

Minimum $150 Surcharge for any event held at these locations:
   • The Brownstone House, Paterson, NJ
   • The Manor, West Orange, NJ
   • Portabello's, Oakland, NJ
   • Any far-away locations such as Atlantic City, Philadelphia, CT, Long Island, etc.
   • Any event on a Boat or Ship
   • Manhattan- $350 and a bottle of Excedrin Tension Headache

Minimum 25% Surcharge for any event held directly on a major holiday such as
Memorial Day, Mothers / Fathers Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, etc.
