**It is understood that the management and staff of Cosmic Entertainment are serving strictly and only as an equipment rental company and is not in any way involved with providing films, DVDs, video tapes, or any other such copyrighted source material, nor the marketing of their viewing by the public.  It is understood that Cosmic Entertainment has been hired to provide equipment for a private social event.  Cosmic Entertainment’s responsibility & liability is limited to delivering, setting up and removing a video screen, projector, DVD player, CD player, mixing board and professional sound system.  Compliance of all applicable copyright laws is the sole responsibility of the undersigned client who has hired Cosmic Entertainment to provide the equipment for their event.**

*Please note-  if your venue will not permit certain special effects that are included in your entertainment package, we must oblige; and whether notified of this in advance or the day of your event, this does not warrant a discount or refund on our part.

Surcharges
Certain surcharges may be applied to certain bookings for specific reasons. If a surcharge applies, it will be included on the contract. Possible surcharges include:

Terrace on the Park, Flushing Meadow Park: mandatory $300 Surcharge

Minimum $150 Surcharge for any event held at these locations:
   • Any far-away locations such as Atlantic City, Philadelphia, CT, etc.
   • Any event on a Boat or Ship
   • Manhattan- $350 and a bottle of Excedrin Tension Headache

Minimum 25% Surcharge for any event held directly on a major holiday such as
Memorial Day, Mothers / Fathers Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, etc.
